Chris is a reliability engineer with a passion for reliability and continuous improvement of products and processes. He is applying his 20 years of engineering experience from working in high-tech industries to helping companies succeed in their endeavors. His broad experience includes engineering roles from cutting-edge R&D development to high-volume manufacturing in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. Chris has recently shifted his focus to the reliability of IoT (Internet of Things) systems.
While talking with other reliability engineers across the globe, Chris realized that many are facing similar challenges when establishing effective reliability programs. He firmly believes that it is important to learn from each other to advance the profession of reliability engineering and he enjoys sharing his experience with others to create best practices in the fields of reliability and product development. Chris joined the Accendo platform because it offers one of the best opportunities for knowledge sharing and continuous learning for reliability engineers.
Chris is an ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Six Sigma Black Belt. He currently holds 10 patents and has co-authored several publications. He has been a past contributor to the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS). Chris holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Aachen in Germany.
