I’m Kerina Epperly, CLSSMBB, Reliability & TPM Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Expert, and Tranformation Leader

I’m the founder of Master Reliability (www.masterreliability.com), a platform dedicated to making reliability simple, visual, and practical. With over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, I’ve seen firsthand how early detection, smart problem-solving, and a strong maintenance culture can transform equipment performance.

I’m an engineer with over 30 years of cross-industry experience, specializing in failure mode analysis, condition-based maintenance, and advanced diagnostic tools such as thermography, vibration, and ultrasound. My background spans photolighography, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and predictive analytics. I help organizations prevent catastrophic failures by identifying root causes before they become breakdowns.
