Mojan is a Reliability Engineering consultant with over a decade of experience helping companies design, develop, and deliver reliable products. She specializes in Design for Reliability (DfR), failure analysis, and materials engineering and testing, and has worked with leading organizations across automotive, consumer electronics (Tesla, Google, and Rivian), and electric utility sectors. Her experience includes supporting high-profile projects and solving critical reliability challenges in design validation, in-field performance, and maintenance.
Over her career, Mojan has helped organizations solve major reliability issues in design, testing, and field operations, and has supported supplier evaluations, process improvements, and quality problem resolution. She provides consulting in reliability program development, guiding companies through reliability practices across the full product lifecycle. She also leads failure analysis and root cause investigations, combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving to identify causes and prevent recurrence. Additionally, she focuses on materials and process reliability, applying materials science to ensure products are durable, high-performing, and robust in real-world use.
Mojan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Science (Materials Engineering) from the University of British Columbia, with a graduate specialization in metallurgy. She combines technical depth with a cross-industry perspective, helping companies not only resolve issues but also build reliability into their products from the start.
