Ramesh, known as Reliability SHERPA is currently with ReliabilityX.
Previously he was with Jacobs – Asset Management Group, and Jacobs/ATA -AEDC operations for over 37 years
A world-renowned leader in the maintenance, reliability, and asset management field and the author of several books, including the award-winning Maintenance & Reliability Best Practices 3rd ed. which was released in 2021, and the 10 Rights of Asset Management was published in 2017.
Ramesh has worked at Aerospace Testing Alliance – Jacobs /Sverdrup Technology Inc., Arnold Engineering Development Complex, AFB, TN, Carrier a/c, True Temper Corp., Bethlehem Steel, and HEC-Foundry Forge plant.
He is an active member of AMP, ASQ/Reliability, IIE, IAM, SMRP, and UT/RMC and has authored numerous papers in the area of maintenance – reliability, asset management, productivity improvements, application of standards, and workforce development. He is also a member of ISO/ANSI-US TAG –pc251 (ISO 55000) and TAG 56 (sustainability). He has been actively involved with the SMRP since the mid-90s and has held many positions such as conference chair, director of best practices, director of the certification, exam committee chair, CMRT committee co-chair, etc.. He is a founding member of the International Maintenance Conference (IMC).
