Her goal to help designers use these methods early to help drive decisions and create products that are safe, dependable, and easy to use. Dianna has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is an ASQ certified Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Quality Auditor, and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
