Diganta Das, University of Maryland CALCE
Tim Rodgers interviews Diganta Das concerning Diganta’s work at CALCE on physics of failure modeling.
Diganta works for the Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE) at the University of Maryland.
He is an associate editor of the Elsevier Journal of Microelectronics Reliability. His work with the center includes an emphasis on the educational aspects of the center – as part of the University curriculum and professional development.
He is a Science Fellow of the MIRCE Akademy of UK and recipient of Distinguished Technical Member award of SMTA
In this episode, Dr. Das discusses:
- How CALCE works to create physics of failure models
- How the physics of failure approach improves reliability
